| SUMMARY | Smart Land Administration Systems (SLAS), as an interdisciplinary field with technical, legal, and economic dimensions, aim to implement modern land policies, support market functions, and foster the development of smart cities characterized by creativity and innovation. The Cadastre as a reliable geospatial infrastructure and access to land ownership status through appropriate mechanisms and policies, such as securing property rights, the financial system, tax policy, and transparency in planning and land use at individual, collective, and state levels. Integration of property values as essential information in SLAS with spatial reference. Utilizing the capabilities of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Expert Systems (ES) as tools for managing and visualizing information, knowledge, and innovation to solve complex problems and make decisions. An interdisciplinary approach to collecting, georeferencing, describing, interpreting, and presenting spatial data of the physical, technical, and socio-economic environment for spatial planning, using these modern methods and cutting-edge technologies. |
