EULiST Blended Intensive Program
“Monitoring clean energy in the EULiST campuses”

The National Technical University of Athens organises in cooperation with EULiST partners, Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology (LUT), Jönköping University (JU), Leibniz University Hannover (LUH), Institut Mines-Télécom (IMT), Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (STU), University L’Aquila (UnivAQ), an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP) with the title “Monitoring clean energy in the EULiST campuses”. The BIP program is organised in the framework of EULiST WP 2 “Campus”, and in particular Task 2.1 “Digital Campus infrastructure” and Task 2.4. “Sustainable Campus Initiative”, in collaboration with WP4 “Research and Innovation”.
The BIP program is titled “Monitoring clean energy in the EULiST campuses”. Participating academics /teaching/ training staff members will share as lecturers and/or mentors best practices with students for monitoring the contribution of renewable resources in the energy mix, towards sustainable EULiST campuses. Moreover, during the program, thematic areas to be discussed include the promotion of research on clean energy technology, aligned with SDG 7 to ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all, as well as the European Green Deal and the European Education Area’s Focus Topic “Green Education”. The BIP program is organised in the framework of EULiST Workpackage 2 “Campus”, and in particular Task 2.1 “Digital Campus infrastructure” and Task 2.4. “Sustainable Campus Initiative”.
The BIP program comprises of five, (5) Actions, organised in a virtual component, Actions 1, 3, 4, 5, as well as of a physical component, Action 2, of 8 days at the National Technical University of Athens between Monday, June 19th and Monday, June 26th, 2023. The physical component will include academic lectures and student assignments at the NTUA campuses in Patission (historic campus in the centre of Athens), Zografou (central campus in the outskirts of Athens) and Lavrion (Technological and Cultural Park in old mining facilities).
Upon successful graduation, students will receive 3 ECTS credit points from the National Technical University of Athens. Mobility funding will be covered by each sending university within the Erasmus+ BIP programme.
